Within minutes of making a request for services, I received a call from one of their lawyers. I was so impressed with level of professionalism and courtesy displayed. Through out the process of the divorce I was always kept updated via emails and when ever I needed any additional information my lawyer was always there to assist me, she was always cooperative and professional. They took the stress out of my divorce and were able to expedite it as they indicated they could. The service was excellent, I am 100 % satisfied and I will be recommending Yaniv and Associates to every and anyone. I contacted Yaniv & Associates by email and got a prompt phone reply. I spoke with a lawyer (not a paralegal like others I was considering). He was helpful, pleasant, efficient and clear--all things that I needed to make this as painless as possible. A paralegal followed up and was also pleasant ...and helpful. I was always able to speak to someone right away who could answer questions. They got me the paperwork by email on the day they said they would and as soon as I sent it back it was filed. I took the expedited option and everything was done in a month. They made it much easier than I expected and I truly appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.

I researched quite a few lawyers in the last 6 months and spoke to a few as well. I didn't feel I was really getting the information, understanding, or comfort I needed. Most of the time i was told somwone would get back to me when they were in the office. My husband and I first discussed separatio...n and divorce in June. By September we decided it was the best path for both of us. I first contacted Daniel Yaniv in November to get a feel for the process and reached back out to him right after Christmas. The consultation was free and the overall cost was very affordable. I never had to go into the office. Every question, concern, and thought I had was answered and consoled immediately and with courtesy and care. I received the filings for our signatures in just about a week. My husband and I made an appointment to meet to sign and see a notary and back in the mail it went. 3 weeks later I received notice of completion. Daniel and his team kept me informed every step of the way both by phone and email, with weekly updates. I would recommend his team with the highest regards and commendations. Oh and yes I'm still waiting for a call back from some of those other lawyers who's offices promised to get back to me just as soon as they returned to their offices.
