We filled out a questionnaire containing all the stipulations of the agreement, and the lawyer drafted the a...greement from the questionnaire. Daniel was also helpful in explaining the different options that were available for custody, property division, and other aspects of the divorce. Overall, I'm glad they made the process very simple for us.

The process of obtaining a divorce is difficult for the average individual. I had attempted to complete the uncontested divorce papers provided on the NYS Courts website, however the terms and requirements are extremely confusing (even for an educated individual).
