I wanted to be sure I chose the right lawyer for my divorce, and although at first I was hesitant to choose one of the top ranking search results, I thought I'd make a call and see how it goes. My papers had been signed, returned to the firm, and thus ready to be submitted to court around August 21. I got the email update stating my divorce was granted on September 16. Amazingly fast. I am SO glad I chose Daniel Yaniv, and I can't thank him enough!!! It was such a thorough and painless process even though divorce is anything but painless. Tough divorce that was not as uncontested as I thought it would be. After months of back and forth with my ex I finally got the papers signed and submitted. As soon as they received the papers they sent me e-mail confirming receipt. Great communication. I needed a change made and they made the change... no extra charge. I didn't feel nickel and dimed. It took longer than expected due to the courts going on vacation during the summer months. They were very patient with me as I called every week or two to check on the status.
