Yaniv and Associates handled my uncontested divorce for a flat fee. They were incredibly prompt and efficient, and made the process go as smoothly as it possibly can. When I contacted the Yaniv law firm, I felt like they were the first lawyers I had talked with about my particular situation who actually listened to me and agreed to do what I wanted instead of telling me "this is the way things have to be done". After agreeing on a fee (a very reasonable one, I mus...t say), they moved quickly to provide me with the necessary documentation and, once the completed documents were returned, they moved quickly to file my papers with the courts. They did tell me from the beginning that once the documents were filed I would probably not hear from them until a judgement was granted, but with their unlimited telephone support I felt I could call at any time if that should become necessary. The work they did was excellent and my case proceeded through the court system with no issues.

The divorce took a bit longer than anticipated, and there were a couple hick-ups with some of the documents, but overall, I'm satisfied. The best part of all this was that we were able to hire only one attorney and refrain from going to court - even with children involved. We pretty much decided toge...ther what we wanted our divorce agreement to be, and then Mr. Yaniv and his team did the rest. I also appreciate that it was less than 1k to accomplish all this.
