When I initally contacted the office I received a return phone call back immediately. I was advised on what to include in my divorce to protect my 401K, even though the divorce was uncontested. There were additional advice and guidance provided which I declined and now wish I did not. Everytime I ...called the office on a status I was provided an update and or an email communication.
