Took way longer than the 30 days I assumed I paid for.

After detailed consultation, I decided to use this firm for a speedy divorce. I was told that they had a 30 day expedited process at an additional charge of $250. I paid the extra and sent in the paperwork that was to be notarized. After that, I was then told that 30 days means 30 business days.I sta...rted this process on Sept 9th.Today is October 31.I still dont have a copy of my divorce judgement in hand. I have just been informed that it will take 3-4 weeks to process that document and get it to me. Plus, I have to now pay extra $25 to get even 1 court verified copy for my records.Only an email copy that would be provided, ootherwise. I am happy that the process is almost complete but I wish I had recieved information about all these extra details and costs at the time of my consultation.

We greatly value your feedback and always strive to provide a great client experience. To that end, we checked our records in order to determine what, if any, delay took place in this instance. According to our records you retained our services (expedited) on 9/11/2014 and we sent your documents to you on 9/12/2014. We, in turn, received your executed documents on 9/29/2014 and your completed file was submitted to the court that same week. Your divorce was finalized on 10/20/2014. This was less than 30 days from the date we receive your executed documents. Please note that our expedited process requires 30 calendar-days (rather than business days) from the date we receive your signed and notarized documents. This has always been the case with expedited files. I apologize if this was not made clear to you initially and would certainly be happy to cover the cost of a certified judgment at no additional cost to you. Uncontested Divorce expedited.

During a very difficult time for me I found this Law firm to be of excellent service. My representative Abraham was very helpful in answering my questions while being considerate of both me and my ex-wife needs. Could not have asked for a better Attorney. Excellent in every way.

Amazing legal services!
