In my experience, their actual actions is better than what they say ( even they say fair things ) painless and very affordable divorce I got . I used to worry about money and I used to think my divorce could be very hard beca...use my ex husband lives in foreign country. But their guidance makes my divorce so easy . They are so good money wise too . I did not need to pay notarize money and I do not need to pay money to get certified copy . I used expedite one they file my divorce around july 6 and my divorce is granted already . All the staffs are ( Daniel , Arielle , Maggie , Britany , Ema and etc )so great , nice , professional. Presented the case clearly to the court and obtained alternative means of serving the defendant whereas for all other attorneys I had spoken to was a task they were not capable of (contacted nearly 20 in the NYC area prior to Daniel) . I had spoken to another lawyer who told me I would have to live for a year in New York before I could apply for a divorce. Never one to give up, I selected Daniel Yaniv from google, and discovered I had made a great choice. He took some background info, told me to stop stressing, and assured me I... could apply immediately and have my divorce in 6 months, or for an extra fee 90 days or even 30 days. And it was true. Divorce just finalized! It would have been sooner, but my husband unintentionally failed to send in the notarized docs. I feel that the legal assistant should have picked up on this with a simple tickler file and notified me. It would have saved the extra time and money it cost us to get the divorce. My ex ended up paying for a 90 day divorce and then a thirty day divorce. He was at fault, but I hold the legal assistant responsible as well. The prices, however, were extremely reasonable.
