I was frustrated at the lack of communication from start to finish. Once submitted, I got radio silence even when I'd been told to expect something in a ce...rtain time period. Eventually, I found out that they had made an error in the filing and I had to scramble to make a correction. Upon submitting the correction--radio silence. Now, I'm submitting a review after being prompted to do so in order to get my "free" divorce certificate that I thought I'd already paid nearly $1500 for but apparently wasn't included in the package.
