I hired Daniel Yaniv to handle my uncontested divorce. His prices were very reasonable and and he took care of the entire process. All I had to do was fill out a couple of very simple forms and he did everything else. I was amazed how easy it was. He communicated with me well during the entire proces...s and he kept me updated the entire time. Divorces are awful, but he made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible

I requested and paid for an expedited divorce. The process was relatively easy, though I had already prepared all of the necessary information. I was frustrated at the lack of communication from start to finish. Once submitted, I got radio silence even when I'd been told to expect something in a ce...rtain time period. Eventually, I found out that they had made an error in the filing and I had to scramble to make a correction. Upon submitting the correction--radio silence. Now, I'm submitting a review after being prompted to do so in order to get my "free" divorce certificate that I thought I'd already paid nearly $1500 for but apparently wasn't included in the package.

Even though this was an uncontested divorce, I did not want any stress or an overly long process. Yaniv & Associates were great. They were quick to call me, efficient in advising me and the entire process was smooth. I chose the expedited package and after sending my paperwork, I had my judgement wit...hin 6 weeks.
