I didn't even know where to begin when I called Yaniv & Associates. My initial phone conversation with them was more then welcoming. They asked me several questions and never once pressured me into using their services, by the end of the call we were on our way to the first steps of my future! The p...rocess was very easy to follow and all my questions were answered upfront and explained to where I understood them. Every time I called with an additional question I got a response very quickly. As soon as all parties involved returned the required paper work it was only a matter a few days when I had my judgement. The services were also very affordable in my opinion and it saved me a ton of time and headaches. I would highly recommend their services!

I am very satisfied with the service i recieved from Daniel Yaniv. I was granted my divorce in a timley manor and was kept informed throughout the process. I recieved emails through each step of the divorce. Everything was taken care of with the information i provided within the first two phone calls..., i was never bothered with extra calls or emails. everything had went better than i could have expected.

They handled the serving of my former spouse, filings with the court and everything else. They handled the child support order and the visitation set up for my child as well. All I did was provide the necessary information and it was done. I never had to go to court or anything! Truly no muss, no fuss. Not only have I recommended Yaniv and Associates to my friends and family, but I truly recommend their services to anyone reading this. They went above and beyond for me in a low point in my life and I have no complaints about this firm. I had to process a very simple, pure-paperwork divorce and had spoken to many lawyers who gave me wildly different explanations and costs! I found YANIV & ASSOCIATES, PC online, by chance, and although I was unsure about the notion of not working "in person", after my initial phone contact with him I... was immediately reassured and I don't for a second regret having hired him. they are very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, to the point and costs are by far the most honest I had met so far. any question was always very quick to respond.
