I brought a very simple, no fault divorce case in NY State. I got Mr. Yaniv on the phone fairly quickly, singed papers electronically, and the case was in motions in less then 24 hours. I did not like the way serving my, now, ex-husband, was handled, as I felt it took too long, and I had no insight i...nto the process. Once my case was going I never spoke to Mr. Yaniv again, all interactions with his staff.
