I was looking for a NY divorce lawyer who was able to provide an extremely quick Uncontested divorce due some special circumstances without costing a bundle. There are many services out there which only are basically only paper pushers who complete forms and submit to the court. However, I wasn't tru...ly convinced with many I contacted since some would get annoyed with the many questions I had or simply gave a vague answer. Also, I had to consider what if I needed additional assistance or if my now ex- husband went back on our agreement for divorce and I will then need a lawyer? My divorce was granted in just under 2 months and that includes holidays (there is a very reasonable expedite fee)! This is my second time using Yaniv and Associates and if I have to do it again - They are the only ones I would call. First divorce done in a month from the date paper work was submitted and the second divorce was exactly 2 months to the date!!! No complaints - didn't even have to see or talk to my l...ast ex.
