I approached Daniel with my complicated divorce case in January 2015. I was unsure of the steps involved as both my ex-spouse and I were non-US aliens (Canadian citizens), we were both incommunicado, and I had relocated to New York after our separation but she had since moved back to India. We had si...gned a separation aggreement in Canada, which though legal in Canada was not completely compliant with New York regulation. Daniel advised me through the process and explained all the technicalities throughout the proceedings. He was available for feedback and consultation whenever required. In case of his abscence, his assistants were knowledgeable about the case and could advice me of the progress. Because of the international dimension to my case, the process took a little longer and was more complicated than expected, but I am glad that Daniel was on the case as I had implicit faith in his judgement and legal abilities.
