Through a friends refferal I contacted Yaniv and associates in February for a divorce, they were extremely courteous over the phone took the time out to explain the process step by step unlike most of the firm's I contacted previously who seemed to always start the conversation with my credit card nu...mber, after being walked through I told the lady I need to think about it and call back, she said thank you and to call back if I have any further question no pressure no sales tactics just the outmost proffesionalism. I decided on hiring Yaniv and associates for my divorce and called them back, once again the woman on the other end was very professional and very polite I opted to pay extra for expedited service and I am happy to say that approximately 3 months later I am officially divorced in an affordable and efficient manner

I brought a very simple, no fault divorce case in NY State. I got Mr. Yaniv on the phone fairly quickly, singed papers electronically, and the case was in motions in less then 24 hours. I did not like the way serving my, now, ex-husband, was handled, as I felt it took too long, and I had no insight i...nto the process. Once my case was going I never spoke to Mr. Yaniv again, all interactions with his staff. I didn't rate this excellent, as I believe a little more feedback during the process would have been helpful, if nothing else, just to reassure me things are still progressing. Overall, it's affordable good basic service, so I'm happy.

I never met my lawyer but spoke to him once on the phone! He was very nice and explained everything on one call! After that I did my paper works an his office corresponded via email! Process took almost a year but this is the cheapest lawyer and easiest divorce process! Never had to go to office o...r make appointment with them or go to courts with them! They did all for me for just least than $1000. I want to thank the lawyer and his office for making this so easy for me ! Finally am free and I can move on with my life with my child!
