I didn't even know where to begin when I called Yaniv & Associates. My initial phone conversation with them was more then welcoming. They asked me several questions and never once pressured me into using their services, by the end of the call we were on our way to the first steps of my future! The p...rocess was very easy to follow and all my questions were answered upfront and explained to where I understood them. Every time I called with an additional question I got a response very quickly. As soon as all parties involved returned the required paper work it was only a matter a few days when I had my judgement. The services were also very affordable in my opinion and it saved me a ton of time and headaches. I would highly recommend their services!

I am very satisfied with the service i recieved from Daniel Yaniv. I was granted my divorce in a timley manor and was kept informed throughout the process. I recieved emails through each step of the divorce. Everything was taken care of with the information i provided within the first two phone calls..., i was never bothered with extra calls or emails. everything had went better than i could have expected.

All I did was provide the necessary information and it was done. I never had to go to court or anything! Truly no muss, no fuss. We were looking for a no hassle way to settle for divorce. We didn't have any issues with each other and not knowing except through stories of those whom had divorced, we were leery of the process and thought all divorces were long, drawn out, and an additive to the already existing pain we had. Mr. ...Yaniv was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helped us through it. The only wait there was, was waiting on the courts pending load. It wasn't intrusive, nor did it require us to show up in court as we never did have to go to court and most importantly it didn't intrude on our children's lives. We simply sat down figured and worked out our settlement with Mr. Yaniv and his team taking care of the rest. It made things easier for our children as well because we weren't fighting or argumentative, we were very amicable and friendly unlike the stories we were hearing about divorce from others.
