After searching for an affordable and good attorney and spending time and money on an attorney that couldn't produce results, I finally found what I've been looking for. Daniel Yaniv was very professional in handling this matter in a timely fashion and also was very helpful in assisting me through ...the process. He would give me advice on the best ways to go through with delivering the paperwork to the defendant. He guided me step by step on any e-mail correspondence that I may have had any questions on and delivered all documents to the appropriate parties involved with this matter. I didn't even have to step into a court room once to get this taken care of and that's the kind of assistance I needed for this. I reached out to this firm in November of 2012 inquiring about the easiest way to file for divorce. They gave me options of hiring them as well as informing me that I can do it for free by printing paperwork and filing it with the court myself. They were honest in telling me that it was not hard to d...o it myself, but it will take time as I would not be familiar with the paperwork.
