Short & Sweet - Uncontested Divorce

I found Yaniv & Associates online and was mildly skeptical at first, because a normal divorce timeline in NYC would be around a year now due to backlogs but they seem to guarantee less than 3-6 months for uncontested. I thoroughly reviewed all the reviews and service they outlined online and decided ...to give it a short. I recommend calling them instead of filling out the inquiry form via their website, because they didn't receive my online inquiry form. Either way, once I got in touch with their paralegal, they quickly started the process with general inquiry, filling out information via their online portal, calls with the lawyer to make sure they got all the necessary info to submit all the paperwork. Everything was virtual, even the notary process to sign the final paperwork (I was done with notary in 5mins). One month after calling them, my divorce is granted (uncontested, no kids & no joint property). Unexpectedly fast with the expedite add-on fee. I'm very satisfied with the short & sweet process with them. Every step of the way has been clear, concise, etc. I highly recommend Yaniv & Associates for your divorce needs. -K

Great lawyer

Daniel Yaniv took care of all my problems. He helped me with all the paperwork, and made sure that I got my divorce in a speedy manner.he took the time to explain everything I needed to do,and made sure that I understood the procedure.Iam completely happy with his services and will definitely recomme...nd him to anyone in need of hiring a good lawyer!

Services was efficient and effective but too much delays

Good lawyer, gets the job done but the delays was too much and wasn’t explained from the start. The communication wasn’t good. He responds to emails but attempts to speak to him on call was near impossible. Felt like I was being brushed off at a point. Overall service was good.

In regard to delays, your divorce was completed in less than 2 months - this is relatively quick, especially in a case, such as yours, where your spouse was not cooperating or signing the documents. While we wish things would always work out smoothly we, unfortunately, cannot control issues such as uncooperative parties which necessitate additional time-consuming steps. I'm divorced :)

I was referred to this agency for an uncontested divorce. They have a flat fee rate to get the job done. Then were efficient, answered my questions, followed up from my emails and I paid an additional fee for an expedited divorce, which would be 60-90 days from day of signatures. Mine was done in und...er 60, thank you for assisting me during this time in my life.
