Excellent Legal Counsel

I went through another service first and was cheated when it came to my divorce, so I was a bit gun-shy. However, Daniel Yaniv walked me through the process and answered all questions along the way. He did an excellent job and I would recommend to him to anybody and everybody.

Efficient, Simple and Timely Service

Working with Daniel Yaniv was not work at all. He and his staff file my divorce papers in an efficient manner making my uncontested divorce proceedings move through the complex court system in a matter of months. I highly recommend using his services.

Review of uncontested divorce proceedings

Mr. Yaniv, Esq. was very helpful in expediting the process, explaining the steps that would be taken, and handling all of the necessary paperwork and filing. The process was made incredibly clear and simple and was overall extremely positive and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for better counsel... in handling a matter as personal and sensitive as a divorce.

Easier than I ever thought possible

I always heard horror stories about getting divorced... Not with Daniel Yaniv. I started the process filling out a simple form and giving some information to his people and a few months later it was done. All I can say is thank you.

Thank you so very much

I have been trying to find a dependable lawyer to take care of my "problem" for quite some time now. It was more difficult for me because I do not reside in NY thus I did not know how to find a good lawyer and most importantly, I was unsure of how dependable a lawyer would be since I would have no d...irect contact with them. I found Yaniv and associates while searching online and I after reading their reviews, I thought I would hire them. It was the best decision I have made. They made it so easy for me. They kept me informed about everything that was going on and most importantly, they took care of everything without any hustle or problems.They are trustworthy and very very dependable.
