Fastest divorce ever!!

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and made me feel as if my case was a priority! Thank you so much, your professionalism was amazing. You completed the divorce faster than expected and now I'm able to move on with my life. Best money I ever spent!

Good Lawyer

it took forever to get my uncontested divorce done and I had to pay the court fees twice. At the end what they advised year later should be said and done at the beginning, but divorce is finalized so I am happy!

Thank you for your feedback. While we strive to offer the fastest service in the industry - most NYC counties are experiencing severe backlogs exceeding 6 months. These backlogs are beyond our control. Our expedited services were not available when you initially started your divorce but are now available state-wide and uncontested divorces can now be finalized in under 30 days.

too easy!

I was always kept updated about my case info and the process was really made so easy! My questions were always answered promptly and directly. Once they received all my paperwork, even with the holiday season, my divorce was final in just 6 weeks.

Quick & Efficient

Yaniv & Associates handled a simple divorce for me (there were no children or assets to split). For personal reasons I needed my divorce documents completed and sent for filing in a two-day time frame, which they accommodated. They told me my divorce would be finalized by the end of the month and her...e we are, and I'm officially divorced!

Out of state and still no problem!

I live out of state, my ex-husband lives in NY. Our divorce was handled by Daniel Yaniv, smoothly and professionally. Thought it would be a difficult process with such unusual circumstances, but everything went quickly and easily. Mr. Yaniv and his staff are extremely responsive and reliable. Highly ...recommend.
