I know each case varies from situation to situation but in my case the information I was given was dead on and my case was processed quickly. Divorce is a hard enough process and I know several people dealing with the headaches of an attorne...y who is not working for their best interests. I discovered Yaniv & Associates through the Google search engine approximately a month and a half ago. I was a tad hesitant as i was handling a divorce and needed a fast, reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate attorney. I emailed them multiple times doing the necessary questions that would allow ...me comfort in hiring this firm. Whilst communicating with them i had several other lawyers trying to obtain me as a client for the said case. I contacted Yaniv & Associates by email and got a prompt phone reply. I spoke with a lawyer (not a paralegal like others I was considering). He was helpful, pleasant, efficient and clear--all things that I needed to make this as painless as possible. A paralegal followed up and was also pleasant ...and helpful. I was always able to speak to someone right away who could answer questions. They got me the paperwork by email on the day they said they would and as soon as I sent it back it was filed. I took the expedited option and everything was done in a month. They made it much easier than I expected and I truly appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.
