I feel that the legal assistant should have picked up on this with a simple tickler file and notified me. It would have saved the extra time and money it cost us to get the divorce. My ex ended up paying for a 90 day divorce and then a thirty day divorce. He was at fault, but I hold the legal assistant responsible as well. The prices, however, were extremely reasonable.
