Robert Evans law firm represented a homeless man who forged mortgage documents and said he owned a house that I bought as an investment. He placed a fictitious lean on the house which kept me from selling the house. Then he wanted a settlement to satisfy the lean. We were already in contract with a b...uyer and had to settle or we would have had to find another buyer. This homeless man did this to two other homes also and I am sure that Robert Evans firm will represent him again as soon as those other homes are ready to close. I guess if you play the court system right you can keep this scam going for a long time. It didn't help that the judge would not even listen to our side of the case.
