Moumita has been a tremendous help to us as we go through the complicated green card immigration process. I think plenty of other people have left reviews showing that Moumita is a good lawyer, so I'll comment on some things that I feel go even beyond. I don't know what the lawyer equivalent is to a ...doctor's "bedside manner", but she is conscious of the complicated emotions around immigration cases: being away from family, always feeling like a case is taking too long. Moumita is also proactive, which I haven't always seen with lawyers. One time we had an issue that wasn't her responsibility, but she still offered her assistance and even wrote a letter at the last minute on a weekend that helped us. Another thing I admire about Moumita is that she isn't afraid to ask for help or admit when she isn't sure about something. I am much more scared of a lawyer who pretends to know it all! Moumita will flag when there is something in the case that she wants to double check or research more before advising. I found Moumita because she had great Yelp reviews, so happy to help others find her as well.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ms. Moumita. She is a thorough professional who gave her absolute 100% for my new office L1 process. Her understanding of our requirements and the completeness of her work ensured that everything went through like a breeze in our case. The applications drafte...d by her were near perfect and I hardly had any comments to add during the review. She re-drafted my entire office lease agreement as she felt it was not adequately covering many of the requirements and also ensured that I was completely ready for the interview process.
