I went to Jennifer during a very difficult time when my immigration status was part of one of the things affected by my divorce - My case was a lot more than just a Greencard waiver due to divorce. It was a lot more complicated than that - I was not only completely heartbroken and lost during this period of my life but I was about to give up on everything I have ever worked for in this country and go back to a country I didn't know anything about. I just didn't see a possibility to get my life back on track and my legal status adjusted after being left by my ex-husband who's the same person I have been in love with since I was thirteen. When I went to Jennifer I would always approach her with worst case scenario questions and she would always have a comfortable answer and/or many options available for me. She never doubted herself, me or my case. I know attorneys have many other clients but she would reach out to me as soon as she had an update on the case or just reply to one of my questions. She told me my case might take some time, maybe a few years - it took about two years which is a lot less than what I was expecting. I will always be grateful to attorney Jennifer Durkin and my advice to anyone losing hope on their case, please, before you give up come have a consultation with her before you decide on your future.

We hired Jennifer in May 2015 to process a marriage based permanent residency and adjustment of status. Jennifer was professional, friendly, informative, and was with us at every step in the process. She filed all of our documents on time, followed up with us when needed, and prepared and accompanied us to the interview. I had never worked with a lawyer before and found that Jennifer was always there to take my calls and put me at ease about my concerns. She was patient and understanding at all times. The whole process took about 10 months to complete (due to USCIS processing times) and she always made herself available if needed. Additionally, she setup a flexible payment plan that worked with our budget.
I would highly recommend working with Jennifer.

She is very professional, responsible and dedicated to the job once she is in. I had cases which were really desperate, I had had another attorney before her but that one simply dropped my case unannounced when she thinks it is difficult.
I found Jennifer and gain positive results. She worked all three of my cases successfully and payment scheme is flexible.
I had been hopeless on the cases but she did them brilliantly.
I can say without hesitation, she is the best in town.
