A sudden RIF left me with little runway and Tim negotiated an extension to my great satisfaction. He was relentless and detailed in his dealings with my old company. He covered all the bases! No hesitation in recommending.

Tim helped me with a severance agreement from my recent employer. He kept the assignment in perspective, highlighted the areas that would have the greatest consequences, translated the legal verbiage into understandable layman's terms and ran interference with the company's lawyer. Tim was very responsive given the deadlines imposed and managed his time extremely efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with to boot.

A former colleague of mine recommended I use Tim when negotiating my seperation agreement with my former company. It was the first time I needed a lawyer for such matters and I am extremely happy that I chose Tim to represent me. From the time we first met I could tell that he really cared about me and that I was treated fairly. He was excellent at setting realistic expectations with me and delivering on them. At the end of the process I received results that I was happy with. I feel blessed to have had Tim in my corner.

I recently had the pleasure of getting to know Tim as he was hired to renegotiate the details my employment contract. Tim provided expert advice on both a professional and personal level and the end result was to my satisfaction. I look forward to working with Tim again in the very near future and would highly recommend his legal counsel to anyone looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable attorney.

Five years ago, I got the pleasure of meeting and engaging Tim Fry as I was transitioning companies and careers. He was immensely effective with my settlement. His ability to take complex issues and communicate and negotiate on his clients behalf is his strength above his contemporaries. He has become a friend and invaluable confidant. I highly recommend whenever possible Tim services to my associates.
