Mr. Del Valle was hired by my husband back in 2003. Due to the seriousness of the matter, the advice of the lawyer and not to go to jail I pleaded guilty. I tell you that the gentleman did not even make sure that I would be given the disability certificate, nor did he explain to me that after 10 year...s in NY I could apply for my case to be sealed. This year 2022, God put that concern in my heart and I verified information on the matter so I decided to contact him, when I managed to contact him he asked me to send him the information again because the case is from 19 years ago. I send him all the information of the case. Seeing that he doesn't answer me, I called him several times and his extremely professional assistant tells me the following: "If you don't feel comfortable, find another lawyer." Wow!!!!! I was astonished because I thought that having been his client before, the treatment would be more cordial. Well, I took the advice of his excellent assistant and found a REAL lawyer who helped me 100% and solved the problem satisfactorily. Do not use the services of this unprofessional, inhumane, irresponsible and mediocre lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I was remanded and was scared ,facing 15 to 25 was the worst news to hear from a judge that gave those numbers like if he didnt care ,but Telesforo Del Valle told me stay strong and he will fight for me ,once i hired him 6 mths later he told me theres a light end of the tunnel ,those football numbers... after 6 mths of him fighting for me came down to hockey numbers i was pleased and thank him cause i felt defeated and got to see the light
