She provides accurate information on your case, an appropriate timeline that they will follow for processing... your case and is always available to answer all your questions (at times she might be busy, but don't worry she will definitely get back to you as soon as she can). They don't mind even if you call or email them hundred times. They surely have handled some of the toughest immigration cases very well.
