I work for a large international company. I came to Lou because I was being bullied and threatened with termination by my superior. Lou listened patiently to the different situations that I encountered and devised a strategy to put an end to the bullying while preserving my position. Simply put, I am nearing retirement age and didn't particularly want to look for new employment. When all is said and done, I am still employed, was given a raise and my superior is no longer in a managerial role. Lou restored my position along with my peace of mind as I am now protected against retaliation.

Lou & Team are Superheroes
I’ve heard you either hate your lawyer or love them. In this case IT WAS LOVE. Lou and team are extremely calculated. They took their time with my case and kept me informed every step of the way. They are extremely realistic and helpful. If I could’ve given them a rating above “Excellent” I would. If you have a legal issue rest assured that Lou is your guy to get it rectified. My life is forever changed and improved due to the help I received from Lou and his team. A lot of other attorneys were approached with this case but Lou’s vast years of experience were proven and clear from our first conversation. I highly recommend him and his services.

Television Professional
I contacted Pechman after I got laid off from my job. They came highly recommended by a colleague who had also been laid off. I was hesitant to call because I didn't want the relationship with my ex-employer to become contentious. They really listened to my concerns and gave solid, constructive, and savvy advice. I was also concerned about legal costs. Their "no nonsense" and knowledgeable reasoning put my mind at ease. They conveyed a ton of information in a short period of time, and did so in a way that I was able to understand. Weeks later, after I got my separation agreement, I emailed it to them to look over. They quickly got back to me with an organized explanation of each section of the agreement. Again in a way that I could totally understand. They recalled every single detail of our initial consultation. If you get laid off or have an issue with an employer, do yourself a favor and contact this firm!

A steady and trustworthy advocate
Lou was recommended to me by another lawyer who had nothing but good things to say about him. I completely agree with that assessment. He led me through a difficult time in my career when I needed a steady and experienced hand to address my grievances. Lou was highly responsive and very knowledgeable about employment law. His interactions with my previous firm's lawyer were top-notch and we ended up with a fair settlement. I would highly recommend him to any of my colleagues or others who are facing employment related issues.
