Excellent Attorney, Highly Recommended, Criminal Defense

I was fortunate to have Mr. Fernich and his associate Mr. Caliendo represent me during my time involved with the Southern District of New York on Federal Charges. Throughout the entire time, I felt like Mr. Fernich was fighting for my rights and always hoping for the best outcome. He defended me fr...om motions to plea agreements all the way through sentencing. I really appreciate everything he did and thought he did exceptionally well with my defense. I highly recommend him to anyone facing Federal charges in the Southern District of New York.

Avoid Marc Fernich if you're looking for a lawyer. He is absolutely unhinged and his rage knows no bounds.

Belongs behind bars, not practicing law.

The number of times he has assaulted and aggressed people in public (dozens of videos of him doing so online) should have him in jail and losing his license. He’s too vile and violent to be called a man, much less to be considered to represent any one else.
