Superb Lawyer for Physician Contract Review and Negotiation

Worth EVERY penny and more

I don’t know where to start, but I will say this: Gigio was with me every step of the way from start to finish. Gigio drew up a Physical Therapist Operating Agreement between me and my ex-partner, which my ex partner ultimately ended up breaching. Long story short, Gigio made sure I received what was... due to me. Gigio placed some aggressive attorney fee provisions to protect against the very breach my ex partner was ultimately violative of. His foresight was appreciated. He goes above and beyond for his clients, even calling me passed his office hours to provide me with updates. I am a repeat customer, and I continue to recommend Gigio to friends and family in need of a persistent, compassionate attorney. Gigio: I owe you one.

 I was introduced to Gigio through some of his existing clients, one of whom owns a Physical Therapy conglomerate in northern New Jersey and the other of whom just recently started a pharmacy in Harlem.  I was in the process of moving to New York and was purchasing a stake in a pharmacy in Westcheste...r County.  Gigio met with me, reviewed all of the sale documents, membership interest agreements, promissory notes and the commercial lease. This all took a few months.  I could tell he always had my best interest in mind and that he was thorough. He gave me a friendly rate but went above what he was originally retained for.
