LOOK NO FURTHER

We all navigate this society against a barrage of pressures and peril. Many of our cities have become overrun with criminality. As we endeavor to keep our families safe, the victims can sometimes be falsely perceived as the victimizers. It is in these moments where the practice of criminal defense pr...ovides it’s most necessary function in our society, by ensuring that law abiding citizens are protected by our constitution, as opposed to becoming further victims of its’ inaccurate application. After tirelessly researching my options, I put my faith in Julie’s character and record. Her commitment, diligence, and transparency helped my family weather the storm. She ensured my families protection and delivered the best possible outcome with clarity and calming attentiveness. The best possible outcome!

My minor stepson got in a little trouble last year, and we needed a lawyer fast. From a bench in the lobby of the police precinct I went on Avvo to look for the best defense lawyer, and Julie's name came up. I called the number (this was maybe 7 am) and got a text and call back from Katie Fernandez i...n less than 5 minutes. We explained what was going on, and she immediately called the precinct to let them know she was representing my stepson and to get more info on his arrest from them. Later that day she was able to get him released to us, and worked to build his defense case. She argued to get the case moved to family court, and ultimately all charges were dropped and his records sealed after a 3 month period with the only condition being that he didn't get into any more trouble. Julie and Katie were fully invested in the best possible outcome for my stepson, even checking in a few times afterwards to see how he was doing. We're so, so happy with the work they did, and can't recommend them enough.
