Domestic violence case

Julie was referred to us by her colleague. She was willing to make an appointment with me immediately. The prime factor in retaining her was the reasonable fees and willing to pay in installments. I also chose her based on her experience of working on the other end with the DA's office. She has the e...xperience and knew what prosecutors look for in a case, and played her role of how to give them the findings. She helped my boyfriend and I with a tedious domestic violence case. We were lucky in that the issue was minor. Neither my boyfriend or I had to go in to our court date. She had discussions with the Assistant D.A. beforehand and ultimately got our case dropped. A major key factor was her attitude of willing to work hard and her responsiveness. She is continuously available when I had questions and reassured me in any matters. She made it clear that nothing is 100% certain but to accept every outcome, albeit our case was dropped in the end. She is open and, like I said before, knows the encounters from both ends - prosecution and defense. I recommend Julie to those who are looking for a very straight-forward but helpful person with their case. She is reasonable and expects honesty so she can manage the situation well. I still contact her months after our case for any follow up questions or concerns, and she is readily happy to help, always leaving a smile on my face.

What am I looking at if prescription meds were found in a vehicle of four passengers

Julie was very helpful and gave me sound advice. She responded back to my comments quickly as well as answered my initial questions expeditiously. She offered her professional opinion in a kind, caring and professional manner which I appreciate. Some experiences have left me feeling like the resp...onder was being hostile or demeaning. Julie exhibited none of those unfavorable traits. She answered quickly, to the point, yet did not make me feel rushed or as if my question was insignificant. She gave me the feeling she genuinely cared.

Outstanding

Got pulled over by two police for no reason (saying that I did not stop on a stop sign). In the end, they didn't even give me a traffic ticket but instead handed me a misconduct for being "rude" and having an "attitude." I never argued but I was not submissive as well- I'm a citizen, not your inferio...r. I was cooperative, yet these NYPD think they can just hand out tickets to their liking. I was mad, but also worried because my career does not allow me to have any blemish- not even a violation. Luckily, I found blanch law firm. They were wonderful. I met Mr. Blanch, and he explained how ridiculous the whole event was and how they can help me. Later, Ms Julie contacted me and stated that she will be following my case. She gave me her personal contact info- in case if I ever needed to reach her during off hours. She kept me calm and informative the whole time- giving me constant updates as to the progress of the case. She was always reachable- either by phone calls or text message and will answer you back in a timely manner. During the initial court date, my case was dismissed with the help from Ms Julie. She is very nice and professional. Definitely recommend her to anyone who needs the help.

Excellent!

Having Julie as my attorney was the best decision I've made. She was assuring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Julie made the process very comfortable which allowed me to trust that she would get the job done. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and always clarified any questi...ons I had. My only regret was not hiring her earlier. If you're in need of her services, I would 100% recommend Julie as your attorney.

Misrepresentation/ Falsely Advertised

Reviews are not a reliable way to determine if an attorney is good or not. Rely on referral from family and friends. The reviews on here are not a good reflection of my experience with Julie Rendelman. I am a Persian Gulf/ Iraq Freedom Veteran and was framed when my sons mother made a false r...ace based 911 call against me. Gov Cuomo, Chief Judge DiFiore, Senator Schumer, White House and many other politicians who I made aware of and reached out to. Unfortunately I did not record her with my cell phone to prove that. Moreover, I was relying solely on my attorney to give my case the attention it deserved. This incident happened on March 11th. It is now August. COVID did more work than her. She did absolutely nothing besides ask me if I would accept my charges dropped down to a violation. And dump her load onto a lesser experienced junior attorney. I made it clear in the beginning that I would not accept any plea. I explained to her over and over about being empathetic to my circumstances of having my son kidnapped from me using the corrupt broken system. They seemed so dull, close minded or blinded by the court room politics. Institutionalized by the court room that they forgot what it’s like to be a human being. I question the integrity of the reviews on here. They seem exaggerated, fabricated and a misrepresentation of this firm. I certainly did not have a five star experience and would like to inform others of that so you are not fooled by it like I was. She did not do any work in the court room as all of my dates kept getting adjourned. I still haven’t received my detailed invoice, so I will be taking further action beginning with filing a grievance. I think it’s very important that the public stay informed on this. Enough is enough. #BLM
