About me

Erin Flynn is a criminal defense attorney dedicated to getting the best results for her clients. She looks at every possible angle of a case to find the best long term outcome. This is never solely about looking at the criminal conviction consequences but also the collateral consequences of professional licenses, driver's licenses, long term treatment options and immigration consequences.

Prior to coming to work for Eric Franz, she had her own solo practice and gained her first experience in criminal defense at Legal Aid.

Erin is very active in the New York State Bar Association as the chair elect of the Young Lawyers Section, the membership chair of the Criminal Justice Section, a member of the committee on Lawyers in Transition, a member of the membership committee and a delegate to the house of delegates. Her professional involvement includes serving on the Pro Bono and Community Service Committee for the Federal Bar Council. She has also served on the Corrections and Community Reentry Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
