I recommend him and his firm

Did a great job. He worked with his team. They gave me free consultations and he gave me his private cell phone number. The fees were very reasonable and I got great results. At one point I had an emergency situation and I called Alan at 11:30pm on a Saturday nioght. He was very responsive and stayed... on the line with me while I called the police. He spoke with the police when thewy came and he had the matter resolved. The police officer asked me for his card. lol

Mr. Goldberg saved my apartment.

My landlord tried to evict my wife and myself from our apartment. It was originally my mothers apartment. We were living with her. When she died the landlord sued us in court to evict us. Mr. Goldberg proved that we had the right to remian in the apartment because I had lived with my mother. We won t...he case and there is no rent increase. He is now suing the landlord to get us back our lawyer fees. I recommend him very highly.

Alan is a great lawyer and got me over $1 Million Dollars on a buy-out!

He is the best lawyer I ever met. He got me over $1 Million from my landlord as a buy-out, The landlord wanted to give me pennies for me to move so he could demolish the building. Alan took control and started a lawsuit for me. If not for Alan I would have lost everything!

He got me close to Two Million Dollars

My landlord wanted to buy me out. He offered only a low amount. Mr. Goldberg started lawsuits against him for harrasment and breah of warranty of habitability. I was the last tenat Mr. Goldberg stoped the demolition. To settle the landlord had to pay me close to Two Million Dollars. I owe it all to M...r. Goldberg. We love him!!

be careful of big firms

we hired their firm for a simple eviction. a tenant didn't want to sign a new lease after having no lease for 10 years. rent stayed the same all 10 years. we increased rent $50 and she didn't want to sign. so she stopped paying. wanted to evict for not paying rent. she didn't hire an attorney. she re...presented herself. the firm sent different lawyers for each hearing so know was fully knowledgeable about the case. tenant claimed we were retaliating to get her out. when ask for a rebuttal our attorneys never responded. so we lost the case because the attorneys never said we are evicting for non payment of rent. be careful with these big firms. send lawyers straight from the golf course is crazy work.
