Do not trust it hire

I’m writing this review because I truly don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. Hiring an attorney during a family court crisis is not something people do casually. You’re already overwhelmed, scared, and trying to protect your child. You hire counsel because you believe someone is ...going to fight for you, guide you, and help bring stability to a situation that is already painful. That is not what I experienced with Ms. Krauser and her firm. The opposing party in my case was represented, so I expected strong advocacy and a clear strategy. Ms. Krauser appeared for only one or two court appearances and, in my experience, did nothing meaningful to move my case forward or protect my interests. I was left feeling unheard, unsupported, and completely alone in a process I was paying thousands of dollars for. The billing was shocking. In a matter of months, I was charged more than previous attorneys charged me over the course of years. On top of the legal fees, I was billed for everything—stamps, travel, tolls, and constant add-ons. The amount they charged felt disgusting and exploitative, especially considering how little actual progress or advocacy I received in return. What hurt even more was the lack of professionalism and care in the paperwork. I specifically raised concerns about attorneys reusing templates and charging clients as if documents are being created from scratch. I was assured that wasn’t how they operate. Yet I received a contract with someone else’s name on it—clearly copied and pasted. I also sent drafts of filings I had already started, and they were returned to me with errors and other people’s names still included. When you’re dealing with court filings, those “small mistakes” are not small. They can cost you time, money, and credibility in front of a judge. If you’re paying thousands of dollars, you should receive accuracy, strategy, urgency, and real advocacy—not recycled paperwork, careless errors, and excessive billing for basic administrative items. This experience left me feeling financially exploited during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. I pray for this attorney and her family, and I genuinely hope she reflects on the harm that these practices cause to people who are already in crisis and just trying to protect their children. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Ms. Krasner or her firm.
