    What happens is the asset of the corporation is sold ( your interest in property) to satisfy judgment. Bankruptcy? Don't know. Lawyer? Settle?

    Definitely ask for an extension on Monday and if the other side refuses be in court Monday afternoon. 39 more days would not be too much to deal with s SJ motion.

    Why not see a lawyer to determine what the claim is worth?

    More, often an ADA claim results in a change if conduct by the employer

    I do t think these cases which arose a federal claim are suited for small claims court Also the law suit have to be started in federal court.

    Assuming there is no settlement- you seem to refer to one- sure he can appeal. I would advise that before you commit to an appeal consult with a lawyer to get a unbiased view of whether an appeal will be throwing good money after bad
