Very responsive attorney

Mr. Steven Smollens is very quick and responsive to questions on the AVVO website. His advise is very much appreciated. I would have love to retain him as my attorney but he recommend to retain a lawyer in my county for the benefit of commute and cost. I have a lot of respect for his honesty.

Excellent advice

Mr Smollens took the time to answer my questions and even reviewed my lease for a proper answer. He was very prompt and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him.

Helped During a Difficult Roommate Situation

Mr. Smollens was courteous, concise, and quick to respond. I had a cotenant with multiple lease violations that directly impacted me and my girlfriend. She refused to correct her violations after multiple discussions and formal requests. Mr. Smollens was able to clarify the situation so I could ge...t working in the right direction.

I found Mr. Smollens to be a very informative individual and believe that he represents hi;m clients to the best of his ability. Very good to have this individual fight for the underdog.

Excellent advice

He provided me with excellent advice in regards to my situation and how to proceed with it. He put my mind at ease helping me to realize this unfortunate event was not my fault and that I was deceived in this entire process. After explaining to the landlord the excellent information I received, he un...derstood but still does not want to comply. Here are the next steps to reach an positive outcome.
