Samuel Leonard Wolf

I hired Mr. Samuel Wolf as my divorce attorney. He was paid in full for his services. In March I received notice that my exwife and her attorney proposed a settlement agreement (first draft). I told Mr. Wolf that I would like to discuss the agreement proposal. Mr. Wolf emailed me and told me that he... was on medical leave with no access to the telephone or computer and he stated that his colleague Mr. Nicholas Mahoney will contact me with the name of the lawyer that will handle my case while he is on medical leave. The colleague or the lawyer never called. I called Mr. Mahoney and he stated to me that he dont know why Mr. Samuel told me that. We are not friends like that and I am struggling with my business as well. Mr. Mahoney did not know what I was talking about. I emailed Mr. Wolf again, after speaking with Mr. Mahoney and let him know what he said. I got an email back stating Mr. Wolf is unavailable at this time and that he is on medical leave until further notice and to contact Sasha Holguin Esq., she can direct me to the proper party at 718 923-6300. I called the number and this is the number to file a complaint against your lawyer. that being said, Now who will help with settling my divorce case in the final stages? I have paid for services that were not rendered. Now what, I cant afford to pay another lawyer.

Sam was not only understanding about my financial situation but he is one of the few attorneys who would give me a payment plan which helped during a low time in my life and most attorneys would never let you pay every other week. I assume the other responses are because people don't pay when thier c...ases are settled and that is low s I know personally he has a family to upper s well. He has done three cases for me and as I have gotten to know him he has explained that he only gets upset because he does this payment plan out of really loving to help people seek justice and then they screw him and stop paying once thier case Is won. Considering his generosity with time and money I would say heis the least about money but I understood that since I was paying throughout because I was low on money he should be payed in time. He is not only a lawyer but saved me through my divorce and was very aggressive in court to get me what I needed

I hired Mr. Wolf for a Eviction. Mr. Wolf had me sign an Agreement the day before Stipulating a set payment agreement. I went to the bank and deposited money into his wife's bank account. He appeared in court on my behalf , he was supposed to get a continuance. Instead he called me with a settlement ...offer. I agreed to it. Afterwards he called me and demanded full payment. When I explained to him I would be able to pay with the schedule we agree upon, he told me he would let me get a judgment against me and hung up. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Sam Wolf.
