I hired Samuel about 3 months ago for an eviction. He was prompt to react. Took my case and got a continuance. After that he negotiated an departure date as I wanted. He did what he said he would do. He is sometimes slow to respond and the money issue is often his main concern (but all lawyers are th...e same). I just gave him another case opposing me to Amex. So far he has been great.

I hired Mr. Wolf for a Eviction. Mr. Wolf had me sign an Agreement the day before Stipulating a set payment agreement. I went to the bank and deposited money into his wife's bank account. He appeared in court on my behalf , he was supposed to get a continuance. Instead he called me with a settlement ...offer. I agreed to it. Afterwards he called me and demanded full payment. When I explained to him I would be able to pay with the schedule we agree upon, he told me he would let me get a judgment against me and hung up. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Sam Wolf.
