Unqualified to Answer

Mr. Isquith's practice area is litigation in the state of New York. I was specific with my location and details of my situation, including the category of employment law. Considering his demographics, Mr. Isquith's "answer" was irrelevant and redundant. He stated my situation "is hardly a legal que...stion", and in contradiction, said to consult a local attorney. Are Avvo's services intended to provide guidance, or for attorneys to respond to questions unrelated to their qualifications?

Great advice within minutes

I put a question on the website about a missed EEOC deadline headed for administrative hearing. Mr. Isquith was very helpful and gave me the hope to keep going in this case. Thank you so much!

No Help

He "answered" my question by saying to find a lawyer. That is what this platform is for, to meet lawyers who can answer my question.

Wasn't helpful AT ALL. His to my question was PAY and make it easy. WHO'S TEAM ARE YOU ON?

When I contacted this website I thought it was to get legal interpretations of my RIGHTS by professionals. Fred T Isquith offered the same advise as a gas station attendant. "Just pay its easier." He's a "plead guilty and everybody wins but you" type lawyer. I'm just thankful his type didn't go i...nto medicine. "Just give up and die, it'll save you time a medical costs", would be his practice. STAY AWAY!!!!
