I hired Yakov Spektor 2014-15 for my marriage based green card and he filed Mandamus Relief, me and my husband where asked for I-175 interview after 7 years of marriage, Spektor told me not to take him to interview because we where thinking to separate , but Spektor failed to inform me that my gre...en card would be denied because my husband was the petitioner and if he is not attending it’s automatically denied , even though we could gone together Spketor knew that he met us both in his office , I trusted my lawyer thinking I would be able to pass and went on interview alone, he asked me $1000 to come for interview with me which was automatically denied ,I did not take him on interview went alone ( i wish i could asked google or secondary opinion) would save me years of headache, When i told him over the phone that my green card was denied he acted little surprised and told me to get ready for a court where I would have to pay him 10 000 for his services, assuring me quote ,, you would be a green card holder for many many years still “ I never took his services afterwards . My statement is true and I would love to tell him this in his face in front of his colleagues : You failed me miserable as a layer. Was it your luck of professionalism or greed to have a long term paid client . I would let people who reads this decide… Yakov Spektor: You own me and my son apologies for not doing what you supposed to do .
