I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. I earned a JD from Villanova Law School in 2010, and I am licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the federal districts of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania. I seek relief for clients under Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
I find the greatest reward in helping individuals with life-changing legal decisions. Financial difficulty is often accompanied by personal struggles, and bankruptcy is often a life-changing decision. Clients come to me after a long struggle, and with no good choices. If bankruptcy is appropriate for a client, it can be liberating, because it is the endpoint of that struggle and the beginning of a plan of action. Although bankruptcy can be a lengthy process, it is often a better alternative than the endless struggle that many face due to the threat of foreclosure, bad credit, and creditor harassment.
For many people, life starts anew when creditors stop calling and debt is lifted off their shoulders. That is what motivates me. And I believe that I am better able to serve my clients because I have a passion for finding solutions to their financial difficulties.
