I received a reckless driving summons on 9/1/22 for just rolling through a stop sign. There weren't any other cars nor pedestrians near the crosswalk and it was a one-way, left-turn only lane. I was speechless, because there were other cars doing the same thing and I was the only one that got pulled over for some reason. Anyways, instead of handing me a traffic violations ticket, the idiot cop gave me a VTL1212 ticket, which is a misdemeanor. Are you kidding me? Just for rolling through a stop sign, does that make you a criminal? I was speechless and beyond anxious. This was the first time I received a criminal summons, just for running a stop sign. I eventually found Michael Block by a google search and he was the only one that called to say that he had ample experience with reckless driving summonses. That gave me the reassurance that I needed and then I retained his services quickly. An attorney from his office represented me in criminal court and got great results! From a VTL1212 (misdemeanor) -- which carries 5 points, a criminal record, and over $150 in fines -- down to 0 points, no criminal record, and just a $50 fine. Most likely, having a clean and unblemished record helped, but Mr. Block got it all the way down to 0 points! That was indeed great news. The lawyer's fee was very reasonable, compared to others. And whenever I sent an email with an inquiry (many times), I received a response quickly. I couldn't be more content and satisfied with his services. hit and run, inadequate brakes, unreasonable speed, following to closely and unsafe lane change tickets... context... my breaks gave out hit a car in the rain and I got scared and tried to leave... although there was no cop there so only thing they could really prove was l3aving the scene. I knew with out a lawyer though that they would've got me for all of those... Michael block took my case the day literally before court was... so he dealt with me being super super last minute... so I gotta call today saying the brakes violation was removed and the other 4 were knocked down to Jay walking and i just have to pay 250 per. unheard of... this guy is the real deal... he really saved my behind!!!
