I hired this lawyer in the summer of 2013 to represent me in a dui case this was the worst idea possible this lawyer charged me $3000 in promised me that he would get my case thrown out, what actually happened was he showed up late to both court dates, responded to emails late and pretty much suckere...d me out of my money. He did a very poor job representing me and representing my case. He offers a free consultation with all these great promises that your case will be reduced and thrown out and how he is so experienced but in reality he doesn't do anything for your case besides tell you to plea to whatever the court is offering. Finally my fate was the same as people who did not even hire lawyer with tons of fines, classes and Community service which he failed to even mention as a possibility. Do not hire this lawyer

I hired Lance as my attorney for a DUI case I received in 2013. Lance offered me a free consultation to only charge and extremely expensive price for his representation. in a rush we hired him anyway. He led me and my husband to believe that my case will be dropped with no dui classes no suspension...s and no fines involved because of the minimal evidence against me...boy was i wrong. ..On the court date he arrives about 25 - 30 minutes late and failed to keep me informed about his lateness while me and my husband were waiting in the court room in disbelief not knowing if our very expensive lawyer would show up or not. After showing up he let me know that we were going to cop a plea immediately (he put 0 research into my case) and that my license would be suspended indefinitely and I would also be fined and DUI classes will be involved all of which he told me would not occur in the consultation and would now cost even more on top of his expensive fee. Final word tHis lawyer only wants your money and provided a terrible service to me beyond words. the final result went against everything he guaranteed in the consultation leaving me with a suspended license, money down the drain And more DUI fees to move forward with.
