I have to say that Lance really saved me from a bad situation. I had been charged with my second DWI offense within a 10-year period. Usually in this scenario, there would be no way out, and I would be stuck with a misdemeanor on my record by default, inhibiting me from future career options. However..., Lance is a professional at what he does, and at the end of all of his hard work and persistence, he managed to get my case reduced down to a traffic violation--no crime on my record and no worries about my career. He knows the system well, is highly skilled, and had worked for the prosecution side earlier in his career, giving me the best chance I had at moving on from this unlucky blip in my life. I kicked a door in my drunken stupor and ran from the cops when they tried to arrest me. The initial charg...es were listed as felony. After, a few visits to the court, we had an offer from the court at 2k damages and to have the case dismissed, I was fine with that as I did want charges under my name.
