Mr. Risman began his career defending large corporations and insurance companies. Along with this wide-ranging experience, he brings a keen insight on how management operates and in effect have developed calculated methods in prosecuting claims against them.
Mr. Risman has had exposure to many aspects of New York employment law, including employment discrimination based on gender, age, race, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation and pregnancy, as well as sexual harassment and retaliation. In addition to handling matters concerning employment discrimination, he has participated in countless severance negotiations where he has successfully represented his client’s interests, as well as restrictive covenant and employment contract litigation.
