We were very lucky to have hired Stephanie as our lawyer. From day one she was accessible. Not only did we hired her all the way from Texas, but we were able to do everything through email and phone calls, which by the way she answers very quickly. My wife and I were dealing with an I-212 application, and we had already sent it to USCIS, yet we had been waiting for several months without any notice or receipt from them. That’s when we did our research and after seeing fantastic reviews about her law firm, we didn’t hesitate to call her and hire her services that same day.
Stephanie did everything very quickly and always gave us positive news. She would personally meet with Immigration officers regarding our case. She is highly experienced in her field of work and will always speak to her clients with the utmost sincerity.
She cares about her clients. She creates a one on one environment where you feel that your case is the most important to her and you can ask any question, and will always get an answer at pretty much any time of the day.
We can't describe how grateful we are for all the help she provided. We couldn't have done it without her law firm's services.

Stephanie was, by far, the best lawyer my husband and I have ever worked with. From the moment we began communicating with her, we knew we were in good hands. She was sincerely concerned with every detail of our case, and made us feel like we were the only clients she had- considering we live in California, that was no easy task. It's rare to find a lawyer that actually gets back to you, never mind in a timely manner. Stephanie would return our e-mails and phone calls usually within an hour. She was so thorough and her attention to every detail in our case helped our confidence when it came time for our interview. We can't say enough about her and her team... our only regret is not finding her sooner.

I could not be more happy with Stephanie and her staff. She is very knowledgeable in the laws of immigration, and has a genuine concern for clients.
She was always reliable and dependable throughout my mother's case and she would answer all my questions and concerns and give the best solution on time. The waiver case was approved due to her professionalism.
If you think your case is important to entrust to someone with full confidence, then strongly consider Stephanie DiPietro as your Immigration lawyer.
Sylvia Ayass, Immigration Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
As an immigration practitioner, I know how complicated the laws can get. Fortunately, Stephanie has always been a colleague who I trust. She is smart, hardworking and dedicated. I endorse this attorney and recommend her in particular for family and employment visas.
