The Greatest!

I was involved in a False Arrest incident on October 23, 2014. I was able to locate and retain the the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff as my attorneys via researching attorneys on the internet. I found that Michael Lamonsoff had the best reputation .... He definitely lived up to his reputation ...... and then some. Michael resolved my case very quickly without any hassles and complaints. I would absolutely refer other friends and family members to Michael Lamonsoff as I know they would be well taken care of.

False Arrest in Queens

I was falsely arrested in Queens last October. My boyfriend was approached by an undercover officer (who did not identify himself) outside of my home and fled when the officer threatened to shoot him. I went home while the pursuit was in progress and was later called and asked to bring my boyfriend... some supplies to the jail. When I arrived at the precinct, they arrested me under false charges of drug possession and held me for 24 hours before the charges were dropped. I found The Law Offices of MSL online with just a simple Google search and I was really impressed with the reviews. When I went into this, I thought I wasn't going to get anything for what happened to me. I actually have won a very nice settlement. The professionals at this office made a real effort to stay in touch with me, even sending me cards on my birthday and Christmas. They made me feel like I was important and my case was important. I'm really happy with this experience and would recommend this office to anyone.

Got the Highest Possible Award!

I was referred to Michael Lamonsoff after I was falsely arrested in Staten Island and kept in jail for a night and day. Michael got me the most amount of money possible for the case. His staff always has answers to any questions I had and I was always able to talk to someone when I called who was k...nowledgeable and helpful. I would absolutely recommend him.

My Attorney for Over a Decade

I was the victim of a false arrest in 2010 and was held in jail for 30 hours. Michael Lamonsoff is and has been my attorney for over a decade. There is absolutely no one else I would trust to handle my case in this situation. We recently closed out the case with a very satisfactory award. I could... not be more satisfied and will continue to use Michael in the future.

Michael Won Big on My Case When Other Attorneys Wouldn't Even Consider Me

I was the vicitm of police misconduct. The NYPD conducted an illegal search of my car and my person with no cause. I've worked with attorneys in the past for personal injury and was never very impressed. With this case, I had several attorneys tell me they couldn't do anything for me and Michael d...id everything. I will say that MIchael is the VERY BEST and I will be using him if I ever need an attorney again. His personality, the respect he has for his clients, the way he handles cases.
