False Arrest in the Bronx

I was the victim of a false arrest a few years ago in the Bronx. A friend of my mother's referred me to Michael to get help being compensated for this experience. The best part about working with MSL is that I really didn't have to do anything. They had the case under control and only ever called ...me to update me on what was happening. Thanks, Michael! GREAT LAWYER FOR PERSONAL INJURY CASES

On 8/31/2013 I was involved in a false arrest with NYPD. I had never been through such a confusing and debilitating ordeal in my life. I then was referred by a friend to Michael S. Lamonsoff who quickly put me at ease and handled my case with extreme kindness, professionalism, and a sense of urgency.... After meeting Matt Shroyer and Mr. Lamonsoff, I immediately knew I had made the right decision. In summation my first impression was right on because they fought tirelessly to handle my case and to get me justice. This law firm gets five star's from me because they met and greatly exceeded the amount of money any other firm could have came close to getting me. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Lamonsoff and Mr. Shroyer to anyone involved in false arrest or police brutality or any case for that matter.

SUPERB ATTORNEY

I was involved in a False Arrest incident on May 8, 2014. I was able to locate Michael Lamonsoff on a Google Ad and a few days after I was released. Michael did a great job on my case and his staff was very helpful. I would most definitely refer family and friends to him for his expertise.

False Arrest in Manhattan

I was falsely arrested last year while at a friend's house. They kept me for over 72 hours in a cell and in the end, did not even let me see a judge. My mother recommended that I call a lawyer, and strongly suggested an attorney she worked with many years ago named Michael Lamonsoff. I went into t...he office to explain what had happened to me. Mr. Lamonsoff assured me that the police had been in the wrong and that I had a strong case. Throughout the whole process, the law offices stayed in touch with me. Not once did I have to chase them up. In fact, I don't think I had to pick up the phone and dial the law offices one time during my entire case. I was always kept completely up to date in what was going on. They worked very fast and everything is already handled now, and I can move on with my life. I would recommend this friendly, professional, EFFECTIVE law firm to absolutely anyone who needs representation after being the victim of a false arrest.

False Arrest in Jamaica, Queens

I was the victim of a false arrest last September in Jamaica, Queens. My mother suggested Michael S Lamonsoff after doing a lot of internet research on who the best lawyer in New York would be for the victim of a false arrest. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience with MSL. Ev...erything was so professionally handled from the very first time I called with my case. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, this is the law firm I'll call.
