When the other attorneys said NO, Michael said YES!

I had just gotten a brand new car when I was rear end in the Bronx. At first I went to another personal injury attorney but that attorney told me no. He did not think I had a case but I did. So that is when a friend of mine who is a cab driver referred me to the law offices of Michael S Lamonsoff.... My friend told me how great Michael was to him. He mentioned that Michael was extremely professional and my friend thought that Michael would give my case a real honest look. I felt very comfortable with Michael from the first moment I met him. He did not dismiss my claims or the accident. In fact, it didn’t take long for my case to settle. I would 100% referrer Michael to other people. If you happen to read this please know that Michael is the best!

Michael spoke to me in a way that I could understand. I NEVER got any "lawyer talk" or "terms". And that made me comfortable!

My husband referred me after I was in a taxi cab accident. My husband was a previous client and he told me that I would be in good hands. The entire process was great. Michael gave me a date to come see him and when I did, he treated me very well. Most lawyers talk in terms you cannot understa...nd but Michael spoke to me in a way that made sense. I NEVER got any of that lawyer talk or terms. He broke everything down in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. Michael even gave me a referral to start therapy. Which is when I found out that I had some real serious problems. Had Michael not done that I might not have gotten the treatment I needed or the recovery money for my pain and suffering. Everyone at the law offices of Michael Lamonsoff that I spoke with was very patience, informative and polite. Michael really fought for me. I am so happy with the outcome. When I go to work tomorrow they won’t even know what to do with me! lol I will refer everyone I know to Michael. Even my son, I referred him. I am going to spread the word. Each one teach one.

Everything happened the way Michael said it would

On September 8th of 2014 I was in a car accident. Prior to my accident I did not have a lawyer. I asked a friend of mine if they knew of a good lawyer. That is when my friend referred me to the law offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff. He was a previous client. I had a very good experience and everyon...e was very helpful and nice. I do not speak very much English so it was nice that I had someone translate for me every time I called or needed information. Everything happened the way he said it would happen. Just like he told me it would in the beginning. I would referred Michael to my friends and family as well. Thank you Michael for taking good care of me.

I thank God he fought for me like his own son

I was automotive accident in Feb. At first I didn’t feel any pain. Then the next day I woke up in a world of pain, I couldn’t even move. That is when I went to the hospital. It was in the emergency room that I was told I needed therapy. That is when I decided to look into a lawyer. A friend referred ...me to the law offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff. I have never been the type to sue but I did not want to get stuck with any long term with bills or ailments. I came to see Michael and he told me that I had a case. I was not expecting to make as much as I did. I thank God he fought for me like his own son.

Michael is a great lawyer!

On November 15, 2015, my cousin was helping me move to Brooklyn. We were stopped at a red light and had two vehicles in front of us. When the light turned to green, a driver in front of us turned left, then suddenly stepped on the brakes. We stopped quickly, but the van behind us rear-ended my cousin...'s car. I instantly felt a sharp, rushing pain in my back and the back bumper of my cousin's car was slightly dented. The next day, I couldn't even move my left foot. I went to the hospital. When I saw swelling on the X-rays, my sister recommended I go to Michael Lamonsoff's firm. I called him the next day. My experience at the law firm was great. I was treated like family and received constant updates about my case. It was a priority to regularly call me and make sure I'm doing fine. I have recommended Michael to a friend who was hurt in an accident. His firm sent someone to the hospital late at night. I would continue recommending Michael to anybody and everybody.
